Looking for black bolts for saddle/stem

I thought these were M4 or M5 and ordered both M4 and M5 bolts but neither fit (15mm and 20mm long). The head is fine, but the actual threaded main part of the bolts are too wide. These are what I ordered:

Is there a specific measurement for the width of the bolts' main body that I'm not aware of?

Have some annoying Torx bolts, would rather they were all the same, just hex. And black!

Just pop the originals through a sheet of card, clean with solvent then prime and then paint satin black with rattle cans from the pound shop.

I'm not sure if they have what you need butthey do have a lot of variations on common bolts and drawings so you can check the size. I've used them before, despite the fact they'll sell you 22,000 bolts you can also buy singly  postage is about £3
