Bobby,
See if you're anywhere near one of these venues. They will apparently fix any brand:

To repair or reinforce outdoor kit, try these guys:

Sugru. Not tried it on a jacket, but I've used it on a pair of walking boots, and it's held up well. Would probably work well though, especially if you can stick it to both sides. Comes in red too so shouldn't look too bad.
Why would you keep purchasing them if they fail?
Looking at your photos the bin beckons
McNett Gore-Tex repair patches have worked for me in the past but TBH your jacket looks a bit beyond repairable, particularly with the tear on the pocket seam leaves very little material to secure to.
Ask in your local dry cleaners. They usually do repairs.
I've used the "tenacious tape" on kids waterproofs in the past. It does stick like the proverbial and lasts pretty well and is relatively transparent, but it's not cheap for a small roll.
Ripstop or spinnaker tape generally isn't sticky enough on its own in my experience but you can try using a flexible glue to augment it. I've used this stuff in the past, including on wetsuits and it's pretty good as long as you're not looking for an invisible repair.

I've used Spinnaker tape or ripstop tent repair patches and super glue in the past for split seams.
Cheers,
Peter
There is only one repair material for anything.

Yes, its called money. Go to shop, apply money, item is as good as new.
I'm not being flash, just a reminder that you don't have to suffer every time to fix things.
I should imagine something like this would be the best solution. It does say it can be used on down jackets etc
