Alternatively route wise suggest Old Street - Hackney Road - Vicky Park with optional round of the Olympic Park for traffic free circuits. ( cross A 12 at Cadogan Terrace) All depends how long you get for lunch - at my end of Old St lunch time is for wimps!
Sorry about the typos! If you are over at Old street I would drop by Look Mum No hands and enquire there as they might have some better ideas.
The problem with the area is that there's a hell of a lot of construction going on and avoiding cement mixers and tipper trucks is tricky.
Thanks arfa,
I'm over in Oldstreet so relativley close to Regents Park - will head over and take a look.
Depends where you are based ?
Richmond and regents parks have pretty much always get people out there at all timestages of the day.
