Need some overshoes

I use Shimano overshoes for the wet, in conjunction with Castelli toe thingys for when it is cold. Have used this combination regularly which works well for me. 

Had some cheap BBB ones for a few years which were very thick and had a zip up the back which were a little bit difficult to get on but did the job.

Wanted some new ones because they were getting tatty so bought some craft Siberians.  Much thinner  so no more moon boot looks but just as warm and much easier to get on.  Also bought the matching gloves very happy with them.   

Any neoprene overshoes will do, though most will not keep the water out for very long. Endura Road (that have a rubberised waterproof outer) are warm and dry and a little more robust. BBB, Altura and Endura are 3 inexpensive brands that come to mind.

Toe covers like Endura FS260 or Galibier Mistral can be useful if you don't want a full overshoe.

I've been using a pair of sealskinz neoprene, warm and do an ok job of keeping you dry wearing a bit after daily use for the last few months. So I've just got some galibier depart, these are much thinner and lighter so look ideal for spring not much good in the wet tho (not sold as such), the tempete might be worth a look at under 15 quid. http://galibier.cc/product/tempete-ii-overshoe/

I use Castelli Diluvio Shoecovers, you can normally pick them up for around £20 from Wiggle.

Mine last a couple of years before showing some serious wear - if you ride everyday during the winter months then they probably won't last long enough for you to be satisified.  I'm on my second pair and am happy with the fit and functionality.
