    Don’t know if it will help, but the petition Dan S constructed to increase the penalty for ‘failing to identify the driver’ (the onlyy offence with whioch the Nottingham vehicle keeper was charged) is finally live:

    Excellent ! I queried them the other week about the moderation status and they sent the following yesterday (I’m not Mr Sawyer btw, think they must have had a bit of a braino when replying) ..
