All round yet climbing friendly wheels

I've worn out my RS81 c24s and so its time for new ones. Currently I'm looking at the Fulcrum Racing Quatto Carbon for weight, price and aero, The Racing Zero Nites, Racing zero Carbon for weight and bearings, and the Mavic Kysrium SL Exailth.

Locally, the riding I do is mostly flat/undulating with no real hills (Surrey) but when I go away it involves alot more climbing (Wales, Lakes and the Alps this summer). I don't want to go superlight and knacker them at home, yet not full aero for the hills, plus carbon braking concerns. Has anyone used any of the above, or any other suggestions. I'll likely end up with a budget set for winter use. Budget is preferably under a grand!

Cheers

How about superstar Elite 24s?  A hundred quid gets a 1500g wheelset right now, or you could go for any of the sturdier or flashier builds.

Elite 38s only 1655gram a set too.

How about Wheelsmith Race 24s with Hope or Dura-Ace hubs from (1590g) £620?

or maybe Strada's Pacenti SL23s, Dura-Ace at £700 (1480g)

Swissstop or Kool Stop pads may help reduce rim wear.

I have always been a fan of fulcrum wheels, they are the ones I would go with, very well made at a good price.  Very good wheels for multi terrain riding.
