Haha! Excellent retort. I remember reading the Metro article and laughing to myself.
There's so many informed and intelligent responses one could make to such a diatribe. You could spend a long time researching the history of roads from Roman times, quoting the law and highway code and offering links to research on traffic congestion plus the personal and enviromental benefits of cycling.
But it's just so much simpler and more gratifying to call her out as the; ignorant, self important, third rate scribbler of offensive opinionated crap that she is.
