Panniers & a shirt shuttle!
Only do what you're doing occasionally (odd day at another work place) but I have a Rohan Travel Suit which folds up quite neatly (+shirt, tie etc) into a packing cube that goes into an Ortlieb pannier. The suit really comes out crease free. With some travel size wash gear and a micro-towel it all works quite well. Shoes are the only bulky things that weigh a bit.
One further tip: fold/roll suit with one of those thin plastic dry cleaning 'bags' (the ones your suit is covered in when it returns from the dry cleaner) inserted. Allows the suit to slip across itself, further reducing risk of creasing. Works well for shirts too - I always fold a dry cleaning bag into my shirt when transporting it to the office on the bike (or when I am packing a shirt when travelling for work and don't want to have to iron/steam the shirt in the hotel).
I'm lucky enough to have a locker at work, but when travelling to other locations then have carried a suit in a normal Ortleib Roller Classic. As long as you fold it carefully then I don't have an issue with creasing.
When I need to carry more then I go from one to two panniers
I commute every day (usually) and leave a suit in the office.
I just take a fresh shirt folded neatly in my bag, which would easily fit in a pannier (if I used them)
There's nowhere to store it all in the office unfortunately -besides I want to ride in pretty much everyday
Can you not leave the heavy items at work, such as suit/shoes/lock? I only commute 2 or 3 times a week at this time of year, so take the clothes in when I drive.
