It's really important that you pay your £5 too, even if the reception staff are completely disinterested, and don't just hop over the fence from the carpark. No, really don't do that, it's very naughty.
Hmm, well serves me right for expecting up to date info from none cycling friends. Still, says it is only open for 6 hours a week! Lee Valley is only open 12 hours most days.
Even the slightest bit of googling revealed it opened in June THIS year, and there's pay-and-play sessions.
