[Super Domestique]

I noticed a rideout article recently but that’s been it since the new site, etc.

As mentioned in another thread the whole member thing seems to have died off. I failed to spot there even was such a thing on the new home page (that may have changed since).

So has the membership to Team Road.cc had it’s ‘firework’ moment and now fizzling out?

I joined for 2 reasons. Loyalty to a site that I’ve been with for over 5 years and back in the early days enjoyed my banter and learnt from some top forum members (sadly most seem to have left). Secondly I mainly ride alone due to both my schedule and my injuries. The former means I often can grab a chance to go at the last minute. The latter means sometimes I’m flying and others crawling. So rather than ruin anyone’s ride I ride solo. But membership meant I could in a club without having to circumnavigate the issues presented.

I’m not trolling. I just want to know if things are on hold due to the site changes and subsequent feedback. Or is it just an idea that was good in theory but being left to fade away. Hence the wheel comp issue and the like.

Here is hoping that things are going to pick up.

Especially considering I feel that my particular circumstances are a little more ‘unusual’.

Things have been a little on the quiet side granted, the site change was a biggy admittedly but we’ve got  a lot going on in the background with regards to the club and where we go from here.

We’ve got a lot of ideas which we are currently looking in to but what we also need is some feedback on what you, the members really want to gain from your membership.

What do you want to see, do, be involved with?

Chuck your ideas at us and we’ll see what we can do
