Never ridden any of these, sorry - but have looked into Giant & Trek 's ranges recently for a replacement for my broken frame. .You'll find you're not really comparing like-with-like here.
The TCR is a full on race machine, compared to the Trek and Lapierre models, which are more endurance focussed. Try a Giant Defy as an alternative if endurance/ comfort is priority? NB the TCR might give you the best value for money in terms of quality and performance, since (I think) they're the only manufacturer to make the frames themselves at this level.
You have to try before you buy to see what fits.
There are some deals to be had out there on outgoing Giant's and Trek's in the local shops. Both trek and Giant have good warranty terms and are reported to have good customer service. No idea about Lapierre.
