Hi

I know people ask all the time about insurance. I don’t buy separate insurance for my bikes but choose good contents insurance instead. In the past I have used M&S and the last 2 years I have used John Lewis as they have a new for old policy on the bikes.

I need to renew and wondered if there were any other insurance companies others use who they are happy with who replace old for new?

Pretty sure they do, including accidental damage, up to £3500 (none of my bikes are worth that much) – anywhere in the world.

You have to pay a little more for it, obviously but it’s not that much in the grand scheme of things. You’d not be covered 3rd party/legal though…

I’m not sure what the best insurance for that would be (and only that) – anyone know? Wiggle’s insurance policies are more than I pay for car insurance.
