For Christmas, I received from Mrs North the Joe Friel Training Bible and a training diary. She also renewed my subscription to Rouleur and bought me the 2007 photo annual (yes, I wanted the 2007 annual). I was due to see my folks, but haven't seen them yet, so don't know if they managed to get me the Flandria jersey I requested.
Pretty good haul!
Got Heroes, villains and velodromes.
Initial slight disappointment that a book on track cycling with pics and none of either Ms Pendleton or Romero. But the book is more about McCoy.
And Mrs B let me out on Christmas day for a bit of exercise to work up an appetite!
Yeah, I too got some nice cycling gifts from Father Christmas.
DVD on bike position setup
Assos F1 Mille S5 bibs
Rapha Club jersey
Nyshe!
...so i probably won't bother with any cycling this year
It's massive, even big enough to fit my laptop in. Should get a lot of use out of it.
Funnily enough I was thinking this Christmas that the few things I could think of that I wanted were all bike-related, but I wouldn't get 'em cos most people would assume that I'd already have them…
My lovely girlfriend got me some BADtri training and racing kit and membership to the bristol and district tri club (badtri). I got a couple of books etc and her brothers assistance in helping to get my bloody i-magic working! All in all a very good deal for me.
the title in my last post doesnt look too good does it!
Why? She sounds lovely to me!
