Well Ive left my team be for today
So 6 sprinters in for the last stage
Brought in Visconti for Stage 18 which looked so good for him and he did nothing... pleasantly surprised to wake up and see him picking up points left and right today. I wonder whether he or Intxausti will be active tomorrow...
You did well Dux, I dropped Visconti for Konig, but could have been worse as was also thinking about taking out Aru but decided to save changes. I don't think the break will survive tomorrow. Colle Delle Finestre is a tough climb, Astana will probably put on the hurt and Contador will be looking for his stage win. Lotto NLJ may not let the break get away if they want to get the KOM jersey back on Kruijswijk’s shoulders...
Dropping Aru a bit of a mistake but with no Visconti I wouldn't have won the stage in any case. Four tied at the top. Made three changes and still got eight left for a final crack at the sprint.

think I disagree on that, as you look at the top 20 today and everyone still active in the game probably won't have Uran/Kangert/Nieve/Montfort so the only scoring difference will be having Hesjedal or not and which 3 of Amador/Caruso/Trofimov/Geneiz/Instauxti you have. And the points gaps between them shouldn't be too great today.
Are those that have Uran etc and so will be a the sharp end of the stage likely to be affecting your overall rank too? I doubt it.

Aru drops Hesjedal. Not quite so predictable as I thought. Uran and Nieve also doing well.

Hesjedal on the attack but Aru looks stronger today. Kruijswijk also there.
Took out Intxausti and he finally gets some points but not many thank god. Visconti the big winner but Kruijswijk will probably get more points at the finish as I think Visconti will be caught.

Identical teams is boring, but it doesn't look like Pirazzi or Pellizotti have made the break this time (still early tho...) Nearly brought in Trofimov for one of them but would've been too pissed off if I'd have dropped the wrong one!
Original plan was to bring in Kiryienka, but decided to save a transfer and had a fiver on him at 150/1 instead...

Not me, but only because I do not have any transfers left to get me there. Kyrienka, Intxuasti and Uran instead of Hesjedal/Amador/Caruso. What really sums up what a crap Giro I am having though is that my purist team does not have a single member of your team in it!
