Germany vs UK for cycling investment

The German Government is pledging to invest 100 million Euros/year to develop cycling infrastructure and improve existing cycle paths. The aim is to increase the percentage of journeys made by bicycle from 10% to 15% by 2020. The German bicycle club ADFC however is keen for even more investment so as to reach that target. And in contrast the UK Government is investing what in cycling infrastructure?
