So…My carbon fibre bike has split whilst out on a ride, there wasn’t any noticeable one incident but I suddenly noticed the back end feel like it was wobbling around on its own.

Turns out it has split right through one of the hanger bolts on the rear right hand-hand side chainstay, very close to the dropout.

I’m going to give epoxy/carbon fibre tow a go to glue/wrap it back together – can anyone give any advice on dos and don’ts at all?

(Also don’t bother with the scaremongering, it can be repaired fine)
