Is there someone at road.cc that I can email with regards to a story about commuting, road rage, verbal racial abuse, the owner of vehicle not knowing car was even involved, and a police investigation that concluded that the helmet cam footage capturing the incident in full was not evidence enough to charge the person under a racially aggravated public order offence.

Oh I don’t know, racial abuse sounds like a new angle. Don’t you know cycling commuters are entirely privileged white middle-aged men, with absolutely zero diversity. A taxi driver was explaining that to me just that other day.
