PRUDENTIAL RIDE LONDON 2015 CHARITY PLACES.
Join QEF and take what is fast becoming one of the most famous charity events following in the tracks of the 2012 Olympic heroes.
QEF will support you with training tips, free training days, fundraising tips, QEF Cycling jersey and most importantly your very own cheer squad on the day!
By joining Team QEF cyclists will be helping to raise funds for QEF Neuro Rehabilitation Services’ essential work helping people with serious brain injuries whose lives have been devastated by a road accident, bad fall or sudden onset of a debilitating condition.
Our registration fee is £50. With a sponsorship target of £550.

I run 10+14 on my summer tyres and 11+14 on my intermediates and full on winter muds. And I can feel differences as the week progresses.
