:/ Hi there.
I am in the process of narrowing down my choices for my N+1 road bike and really fancy the Merida Ride 5000.
Just wondering if any of you ride one of these and would care to give your opinions on it “good or bad”.
Cost is €2200 from my LBS. I know there are slightly better specced bikes such as Canyon Endurace CF9 and Rose Team Xeon CGF for less but I just like the look of the Merida.I currently ride a 2011 Trek 2.5 and would like something just a little more comfortable or smoother.
Most of the secondary roads around where I live have a rough chip surface and even after changing the bars and adding gel pads to my Trek the old pins and needles start to annoy after an hour or so. So, perfect justification for getting another bike B-) .I know the road.cc guys have one under test but not sure if I can wait for the results to be published.
Thanks
