Sidi Shoes?!?
Honestly what a business plan.
'I know let's make loads of really nice shoes but only release about a hundred of each worldwide and then only in random sizes' 'just to make it even harder to buy them unless it's from our own mobile site that dos'n't work'
Can I find a high end pair of Sidis in plain white, wide fitting in a 47 anywhere in the world? No..

You should take a look at Bont shoes, they have a nice fit and are very well crafted. The shoes can be heat molded in a kitchen oven. After that's done they're going to be the best shoes you've ever worn.
Sidi don't do 'wide' fit specifically. IIRC they are somewhat narrow, although you can get wider intermediate fittings in that a 44.5 has the length of a 44 and the width of a 45. AFAIK that's about it though.
