Bike Box Advice

Am looking at either a Bikebox Alan hard case or a Scicon Aero comfort soft case. I am slightly nervous about the Scicon to protect my pride and joy, has anyone any feed back about how your bike has travelled in one? Looks a lot easier to pack than many. Cheers
