What is the official way to measure lane width?
Is it between markings or to centre line of markings?
Is cycle lane width measured from the kerb or is there a drain/gully allowance?

Measurement is to the centre line of white line.

I can answer half the question. It is ‘unobstructed’ width, so grates etc. do not count as part of the width.
