I have a couple of the polyester ones, both very comfortable and I've found them to be great even in quite warm conditions, probably up to 30 degrees even.
I didn't even know they have wool/poly blends, but I'd be tempted with a sale!
Yes Santini is a very good brand but poly is another story compared to wool blends
What I'm not sure about their wool heritage fabric is that one of selling points is that you can do "sublimated print", which I really don't care about; the fabric used by torm, rapha etc, on the other hand is wool on the inside and poly on the outside, you can't do sublimated print on it but it has a proven track record of excellent performance (at least for me).
