In Kingston upon Thames, a passer-by, rather than asking a cyclist whether he’s OK, assumes he’s ‘escaped’ from hospital, calls the Metropolitan police who launch a helicopter to track the biker down.

Since when was a hospital a prison? Are the police really this pathetic to waste other people’s money with a helicopter? When are they going to be held accountable? oh wait, it seems they will never be for this and lots of other things.

I’m sure someone will be along to defend them ; )

The helicopter would have
The helicopter would have been better served bringing patients to hospitals in emergencies rather than chasing some poor chap around. It’s like that old game show “Interceptor” that used to be on Bravo haha :))
