Carbon disk fork judder

I have fitted a Kinesis DC37 CX Disc Fork to my Genesis Equillibrium, and I am suffering form pretty bad juddering under breaking. Seems worse on the H-plus wheels when compared to the hand built wheels I have (same XT hubs, mavic rims and avid rotors), but still noticeable. Anyone had similar problems? (and more importantly, has anyone solved them!)
