Swap Meets

Hi all, I'm new to the site, so please be gentle! I wonder if any of you have info about bike-specific swap meets; do they even exist? Is such a format for trading bikes, bits, clothing etc. one that would be attractive to cyclists if properly organised? If they do exist, can anyone recommend such an event? Cheers! :D
