Demare was a waste of space
Gutted - had Westra in my Team
My team for tomorrow. No penalties.
Alberto Contador (TSB)
Andrew Talansky (GRS)
Sebastien Reichenbach (IAM)
Jurgen Van Den Broeck (LTB)
Christopher Froome (SKY)
Alexis Gougeard (ALM)
Leopold Konig (TNE)
Natnael Berhane (EUC)
Kristijan Durasek (LAM)
I've just taken Voeckler out so he will no doubt win tomorrow.
Exactly the type of race I expected, but only had Benedetti in the break. Kept Voeckler as I thought the last three stages would all be won by a break and thats the kind of stage he normally likes, but either he's not fully fit, or he's keeping his powder dry for the Tour. Either way, he could've at least texted me.
Right. Another shocking day.
Stagehunting tomorrow.
Result at the top of côte de la Bétaz, cat. 4, km 89.5:
1. Thomas Damuseau (Giant), 3 points
2. Jan Bakelants (OPQS), 2
3. Valerio Conti (Lampre), 1
I son't think I have had anyone in a breakaway for a couple of months now, if ever.
Sprinty one I reckon

No way will it be a sprint, Ive left impey in as he is the type that could make it, but more as i didn't want to make any penalties and already have a decent backbone
