Work has got round to opening up a bike to work scheme, so im looking at taking the opportunity to expand my collection, and get my n+1. The dilemma: I currently ride a giant defy 2, with some upgraded wheels, so id like the frame of anything I get to be a notable improvement (basically im looking for something lighter and a bit racier), at the expense of drivetrain, wheels etc. if need be. Im prepared to max out my bike to work budget, so 1) Do i stand a chance of getting a better frame than my Giant for that budget? 2) If so, whats the best framed bike I can get in that budget?
