I’m by no means a prolific poster, but wanted to share the excellent service received from Ian at South West Bike Builders http://www.southwestbikebuilders.co.uk near Gloucester.
From getting in touch to get a quote, to endless telephone queries and emails and the final pick up it’s been nothing but tremendous service.
And when my custom build appeared to get unstuck (due to problem with a supplier I hasten to add) Ian was straight on it, negotiating a free upgrade and minimising the delay!
I’d highly recommend Ian to anyone considering a high end custom build, top level customer service – even taking pictures through the build for me to enjoy along with the real thing!
Now I just can’t wait to get back out on the road!
