Guys will cycle around parts of the Uk and France on push bikes, followed by lots of ex cyclists, media and support crew spewing pollution into the air.
There are sprinters, climbers and general tough guys who will race to Paris, the one with the lowest cumulative time is the winner.
I'm guessing that is not exactly the answer you were looking for, but it does answer your question.
Please be a little more specific with what you would like to know about this years race.
