I'm fairly sure any campag approved workshop will be able to get and fit a new rim for you, as they have to be qualified in lacing them.
You can find Fulcrum rims on Ebay if you set the search area to "Europe" but they cost about £100, might be better with a new wheel and recoup the cost by selling spokes / hub individually as spares.
You may also be able to sell the damaged wheel on Ebay in which case you need to make clear that it's for parts not use.
Fulcrum did my mate a replacement rim through his LBS (they sent the wheel off to them and they did the rebuild).
18h leaves you very few options
Stan no tubes ztr alpha 400 or 340
Mavic ksyrium sl premium
That is all I can think of off hand. You would be better to contact Fulcrum first
So do you want to replace the rim, keeping the hub? or just get it repaired?
If you take and post a photo of the damage, then I might be able to suggest the best course of action.
The one thing I know, you can't just buy Fulcrum rims on their own, your LBS may be able to contact Fulcrum and have it repaired, depending on the spoke pattern and number or spokes, you could just replace the rim and keep the hub. Fulcrum use strange patterns and there might not be another rim out there, for example, their 21h hub
It would need to be a placement rim, its been properly bashed. I would like to replace the rim. Its a 2014 5 so I think its 18 spokes. I just cant find any rims that are 18 holes
