I also have a complete aversion to carry any logos without being paid for it. I use lined aluminium bottles. Available cheaply on Ebay.
Then again, being the heathen I'am, I also eschew all this modern high tech chemical nutrition nonsense. I use a specially developed carefully balanced nutritional drink developed over thousands of years - milk. So I also need to be able to scald my bottles afterwards.
There's low quality ones in the likes of Tesco, Asda, Halfords
