commonsense prevails
Its been dropped anyway after Iceland had a word....

It seems that something I read somewhere else on this site this week was wrong, people can have a word with the CPS and cases can be dropped as and when they feel like?
I've been speaking to the CPS today about a case = i suggested an offence that the punter had admitted to but the CPS said no and decided on a lesser charge, dont figure when you have an admission.
When it goes to court thats the charge the local papers will report on not what we wanted as per the case you've mentioned.
I know it's nothing to do with "your lot" BUT, they did make the original charges, so it's only far to name them in the title
Trust me mate, i can give you a whole boat load of stories that will really have you but i would get sacked !!!!!
CPS decision to prosecute though not the Police.
