I’ve been asked to contribute to a community questionnaire. The questionnaire will seek to get support for greater active travel infra – notably getting a new crossing on a busy A road. The issue as far as I’m concerned is that people are not walking (to supermarket in one direction and to a school in the other)
I know that in general people can be shown to support active travel but it’s all in the phrasing of the question.
Does anyone have any experience and/or suggestions on the type of question that should be asked. I think the town councillor that contacted me is going to make the proposal at the town council on Monday.
