    Signed! Ridiculous that a borough council – whether ‘Royal’ or not – can block planning of a decent A-road network of cycle tracks in London.

    I doubt it, they seem t be ideologically opposed – it’s not a matter of cash. After all they found the cash to remove it having spent money to put it in
