I've just seen a letter published in the Evening Standard saying it's time TfL started looking to reduce its support for cycle lanes and better pedestrianisation. The editor's response was refreshingly positive towards a continued reduction in cars in London. Unsurprisingly, there were negative comments beneath the reply. Surprisinly, there were only 5. Six months ago it would have been a stream of vitriol.
