I’d rather my worn out bicycle tyres don’t go to landfill. I understand it is prohibited to send car tyres to landfill. My local council’s recycling website page says the following under Tyres. ‘we don’t accept any old tyres for recycling; please contact your local car garage for safe disposal’. Any bright ideas where I can recycle my bicycle tyres? Thank you
