Cracked Enigma

As anyone had issues having a frame repaired at Enigma ? I ask this because I had cracks in both chainstays on my Enigma Etape and sent it back on September 4th. I’m still waiting for it now after contacting them twice to ask when I’ll have the frame back. Each time they said it’ll be within a week !!  They do make beautiful bikes but their customer support is really crap.
