Specialized Venge Pro Ride comfort and geometry

    Hi all, I’m thinking of buying a Venge Pro and wondered whether any Venge owners out there could let me know their thoughts on ride comfort on long distance rides? Also, how aggressive is the geometry? Cheers

    Reasonably aggressive. It’s a race bike, not an endurance bike. I have a Venge (two actually, since I’ve been riding a 54 for years but moves to a 52 for crits and haven’t sold the old one yet). That said, I regularly do 100-125 mile training rides on the Venge without problems. It’s not as comfortable as my S5 (multiple 200-250 mile rides on that, and it’s much more suitable for it than the Venge would be) but it’s not an instrument of torture either.

    Just remember – it’s designed for speed, not comfort – so if you’re not racing or training/riding at high speed, there are better options out there.

    Personally, I love riding the Venge. It’s a monster of a bike
