Anybody waiting for GoPro’s Trade up scheme?

Some customers have been waiting six weeks plus for their cameras. What should happen: Send in your old camera, and recieve £100 of a new camera. Not bad a deal at all with 14 days turn around. Are GoPro having financial problems or struggling to meet demand or finally going bust? Hope not! I sent my camera in early May and customer service in July, can’t tell me when I will I’ll recieve my camera and blaming crashed computer systems.
