Carbon seat post – Lube recommendations?

    Hi,

    Building up a carbon Defy, just wondering which grease/specialist lube I should use?

    Also building a bike with a aluminium frame and carbon seat post and again lube recommendations?

    Motorex carbon paste. Doesn’t
    Motorex carbon paste. Doesn’t have any filaments in unlike the competition so won’t scratch your post
