    Agree just but centre lock
Agree just but centre lock rotors. Unless you really like doing up lots of bolts.

You should already have a cassette tool so changing them is easy.

    The Aksiums are also centre

The Aksiums are also centre locking. There is no issue here.

Just get the centre lock tool if you need to chnage discs It also doubles up as a Shimano cassette removal tool.

    My Synapse came as standard

My Synapse came as standard with those same Mavic Aksium wheels.  Decently built strong wheels, but rather heavy and pretty low spec for such a high priced bike IMHO. I already had some much lighter wheels with centrlock rotors already fitted and kept those, but the Mavics were also centrelock anyway. You should be able to take the rotors off your new bike and fit them straight onto the pro-lite wheels.

If the Aksiums turn out to be 6-bolt then you can use the adapters already mentioned above…

    Just put centre locking

Just put centre locking rotors on the wheels…

You can buy centre lock to 6 bolt adaptors, but don’t bother. Centre lock is much sturdier than 6 bolt, easier to replace and it doesn’t really make economic sense to buy the adaptors when the rotors aren’t a huge amount more.
