    Ordered a jersey over 2 weeks ago from Lusso and after getting an order summary immediately I have had only radio silence since.  Have sent a chaser, and hopefully it was just an oversight.

    Has anyone else had bad experience with them?

    I placed my first order with them on Thursday and the package arrived today with a free thermal skull cap. Can’t fault them and would happily recommend.

    I ordered some bibtights from
    I ordered some bibtights from them a couple of weeks ago. Got a processing email the next day then nothing for 10 days (I live abroad, mind). Was about to call them but the tights arrived that day. Hopefully it’ll be cold enough tomorrow morning to try them out!

    If you’re concerned have you tried ringing them?

    I’ve only heard good things about Lusso so wouldn’t rouse the mob just yet.
