Necessary bolt up eyelets, crown hole?

    Just had to leave in a hurry for the Yorkshire tour ride tomorrow. Just removed my mudguards. Is it necessary for me to have the bolts in those holes, stop water collecting in the frame… I kind of left without them :/

    Even with that, bike really does look so much better. Probably regret it with this weather like :p
