    Probably ebay actually if you are looking for a used bike. You can specify price, distance you want to collect, size, material etc. Then just wait for the email to send you cool bikes. Just be careful checking sellers previous feedback and previously sold items. If it looks too good to be true, send them an email asking a reasonable question and see what their spelling/grammar is like.
