As the title suggests I’m in the market for a new cockpit as mine is looking worn and old. I currently have a Ritchey WCS seatpost, stem and handlebar all in aluminium. Im looking for something that isnt heavily branded and ideally alloy. So far i have the following on my list
1. Fizik – great looking kit although I’ve read soem bad reviews about the seatpost clamp. Has some nice extras availabel including seatpost collar and stem Garmin mount.
2. Zipp Service Course SL – I’m looking at the beyond black colourway as its nice and understated unlike the black/white version.
3. Thomson – Masterpiece seatpost and X2 stem however they only do a carbon bar so would have to match these up with an alloy bar.
Has anyone used the above or alternatively could you recommend any other brands?
Thanks
