Hi all. I’ve got a 2014 Scott Speedster 20 and ever since i’ve owned it i have had an issue with the front tyre rubbing against the inside of the forks due to wheel flex. The standard tyres are 25c and the tyre/fork clearance is tight. 6 months into ownership partially due to this and also because of a freehub failure, Scott replaced the standard Syncros wheels with Shimano R501’s under warranty but not the forks. The tyre rubbing has continued and now i feel that the level of wear on the forks has potential for failure which is worrying.
I have attempted to get Scott to replace the forks and also provide a solution to stop this happening again in the future but they are not interested. They have suggested i have the front wheel spokes tightened

So, are there any other Speedster owners on the forum that have experienced this issue? Do you have any recommendations on how i can get Scott to resolve this as their customer service is aweful?
In my mind this is a design flaw and also now bordering a safety issue for me so i think it’s their responsibility to fix it. What are your thoughts?
