Received my Mango Point R just after Christmas and should say seems to be a very nice bike for the money. However, the set up on the bike I received was poor (headset really tight, gears poorly set up and the spokes on the front wheel worked loose within a few rides, perhaps should have gone for the upgrade set..). Disagreed with them about what constitutes good customer service to try to resolve these issues and am about to put bike into local bike shop (shouldn’t have to on a new bike!) for a service and check (which they will pay for)…..I am sure that this is a one off but curious about others experiences…
