Having had problems with the turn-by-turn feature of my two Edge devices, Garmin finally admitted that this feature does not work properly and offered me a full refund of my purchases even though they were over a year old. Therefore, if you’ve got problems with the turn-by-turn feature, i.e. not notifying you where to go at junctions, contact Nic Bowler, Director of Operations, EMEA at Nic.Bowler@garmin.com and request a refund.
