KLICKfix system or velcro straps for a handlebar bag?

I want to buy a handlebar bag and need an advice. What's better - KLICKfix system or velcro (leather) straps for a handlebar bag? I enjoy winter cycling so I'm not sure that plastic system is good for very cold weather (for example, -15C). P.S. Thinking about this bags: ortlieb velotton carradice

I have no direct experience

I have no direct experience but Ortlieb are German and very popular here so I think if they failed at -15C we would know (pretty cold for Germany but not completely unheard of in places). If you email them they can probably tell you how they will go.
